Workflows
Workflows are great for documenting step-by-step processes. You can have photos or videos attached to each step with captions and notes.
BROWSER: How to create a workflow
In the video we walk through creating a sample workflow by uploading pre-taken photos and videos through the web browser app. Here are the steps:
- Go to the home tab, click “Create a Workflow”.
- Type a title for your workflow and add a description (optional). Press “Add” when finished.
- After adding the workflow, it will bring you to the edit workflow screen. You will see step 1 already loaded and ready to be edited.
- Add a caption for step 1. Also upload an image (png, jpeg) or video (mp4) by clicking “Select File”.
- To add more steps, press “Add New Step”. Remove steps with the trash can icon.
- Press “Save Draft” when finished. If you are ready to submit the workflow to be reviewed for approval to the library, press “Submit”.
MOBILE: How to create a workflow
We walk through creating a sample workflow by uploading pre-taken photos and videos through the Proceed.app Mobile App.
- Go to the home tab, click “Create a Workflow”.
- Type a title for your workflow. Press “Save” when finished.
- After adding the workflow, it will bring you to step 1 and allow you to edit the step.
- Add a caption for step 1.
- Add a visual by either pressing “Take Photo”, “Take Video”, or “Choose from Library”
- To add another step, press “Next”.
- When finished, press “Done”. This will bring you to the list of steps.
- Press the back icon to return to the home screen. If you are ready to submit the workflow to be reviewed for approval to the library, find the workflow on the “My Items” screen. Then swipe left on the item to reveal the “Submit” button.
